In the midst of it all, she found Yoga. It has since played a huge part of her life and has moulded her into who she is today. As a RYS 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Certified Instructor, she hopes to be able to transfer that passion and knowledge alongside growing together with her students - the yoga journey.
She is available for both freelance creative projects as well as teaching Yoga which includes one to one training, small group sized classes or corporate classes.
